We assess subfloor condition during consultation — uneven, damaged, or moisture-affected subfloors need addressing before new flooring is installed, or the new floor won’t perform well.
It depends on square footage and material — laminate and vinyl typically install faster than hardwood or tile, which require more precise fitting and, for tile, curing time for adhesive and grout.
